Advances in scientific and engineering research birth the existence of cutting edge breakthrough in our day to day living, thus, making everyday living less stressful, Science and technology has generated new knowledge, such as discoveries of new principles, and has dramatically contributed to the development and progress of people’s lives, the economy, and the society. Innovative researches are the bedrock of such advances. Technology, especially science-based technology, has offered the promise of a better world through the elimination of diseases, fight against raising forms of global insecurity, eradicating hunger and poverty, qualitative water supply, alternative energy generation options that are not pro global warming, better global economies, growth in business at all level and material improvements to standards of living. This special issue comes as an avenue of harmonising and disseminating such research breakthroughs via this widely circulated publication.
